During PM Modi's visit to Adampur Airbase, not just the MiG-29 fighter jet but also Russia’s S-400 air defense system—India’s security shield—was prominently showcased. It was shown deliberately, not coincidentally.
After Pakistan made tall claims against India, PM Modi addressed the nation on Monday evening. The next morning, he visited Adampur Airbase to boost soldiers’ morale. In this visit, not only was the MiG-29 on display, but also the Russian-made S-400 air defense system, which forms a crucial part of India’s security apparatus. It wasn’t a coincidence—it was intentionally highlighted. A direct response to Pakistan’s false claims.
In Modi’s video from Adampur, both MiG-29 and S-400 are clearly visible. The S-400 had successfully intercepted Pakistani drone and missile attacks. Russia’s support was crucial in this modern warfare. India has always valued its friendship with Russia, paying fair prices even when the ruble was weak.
Pakistan had started boasting that it had destroyed the airbase that Modi visited. It claimed that its fighter jet, the JF-17, had destroyed both Adampur Airbase and the S-400 system stationed there. Pakistan also claimed to have used a hypersonic missile for this. But today, India proved that claim false. In fact, many of Pakistan’s other claims have also been proven baseless.
Here’s what was claimed:Pakistan said it had destroyed the Adampur runway. Yet, Modi’s aircraft landed on that very runway today, proving it is fully functional.
Pakistan claimed a drone had attacked Adampur’s radar system. But the radar system continues to defend the nation, proving no such attack occurred.
Pakistan claimed it had shot down an Indian Air Force aircraft with missiles. Yet the MiG-29 stationed at the base was clearly visible today.
Pakistan claimed many Indian soldiers were killed. In reality, all personnel are safe and accounted for. They were seen celebrating during Modi’s welcome.
Pakistan shared satellite images, claiming the base had been damaged. Experts reviewed the images and found they were tampered with.
Pakistan claimed Adampur Airbase had been closed for many years. However, seeing the active systems stationed there today, the world witnessed that it remains a frontline airbase.
