BJP Govt spent 252 crore for Poll Campaign in 5 states Elections this year

However, the Election Commission has released figures on how much money was spent by all parties for the elections in all five states.

According to the details of election expenses submitted to the election panel, BJP spent Rs 252 crore 2 lakh 71 thousand 753 for the election campaign. Out of this, Rs 43.81 crore was spent for Assam elections and Rs 4 crore 79 lakh for Pondicherry Assembly elections.
