The application should be accompanied by the certificate of the doctor of the village to be visited, the photo of the applicant, the address, as well as the Aadhaar card. The token is issued to the person concerned after adding this information in the prescribed form. The application is scrutinised at the office of the Deputy Commissioner of Police. At this time, many people were denied e-pass because they did not give compelling reason or attach the required documents.
