It stated that the hours of sleep are different for women and men. Meaning, both need different hours to sleep. According to studies by the National Sleep Foundation (NSF) and Duke University, women spend more mental energy than men throughout the day, due to which their brain needs more recovery time, i.e., sleep.According to a report in the British Journal of Sports Medicine, women's brains are more complex, and they have the ability to do multiple tasks at a time (multitasking).
