New Delhi, March 9 Prime Minister Narendra Modi has spoken to his Netherlands counterpart Mark Rutte and discussed the ongoing situation in the war-torn country of Ukraine, the Ministry of External Affairs said here on Wednesday.The two leaders discussed the ongoing situation in Ukraine and shared their concerns over the continuing humanitarian situation there.
