Aurangabad, Jan 6:

In all, 82 new Corona suspects found positive on Wednesday. The total number of patients in the district reached 46031 now, of which, 44342 recovered, 1211 died while 478 are being treated, informed the district administration.

Patients found in the city are from, Jaibhavaninagar, Shivshankar Colony, Bhagyanagar, Saint Francis School, Baijipura, Paithan Gate, Padegaon, N-6 Cidco, Ulkanagari, Jatwada, Gulmohar Colony, Satara area, Samarthnagar, Shahnoorwadi, Navjeevan Hospital area, Sarafa Bhovari Kothada, New Ganeshnagar, Pundliknagar, Mahalaxmi Chowk, N-8, Jinsi Chowk, Garkheda (One each).

Shahnoorwadi, Poddar International School (Two each). Dhoot Hospital, Harsul Tee-point (Four each). Others – 26.

Patients found in the rural areas are, Ranjangaon, Pimpri Raja, Wadgaon (One each). Others – 13.

2 die; total deaths: 1211

A 45 years old man from Telwadi and a 60 years old woman from Altamash Colony died at the Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH). The total deaths in the district reached 1211 now.

Meanwhile, 78 patients including 67 from the city and 11 from the rural areas recovered and were given discharge on Wednesday. The total number of patients given discharge in the district so far is 44342 while 478 are being treated.
