Aurangabad, Nov 22:

A bank account holder returned Rs 55,600 received because of error of cashier of another bank. According to details, cashier of Maharashtra Gramin Bank deposited Rs 55,600 of Dhawada-based loan borrower into the account of Sanjay Joshi from Ghatnandra.

The cashier reaslied the error. To verify this, he asked loan borrower to repay the loan amount. The borrower asked the cashier that he had already paid his loan amount.

The cashier and the branch manager examined the documents and found that the amount was deposited into the account of one Sanjay Joshi. The bank staff called up Joshi and informed about the transaction. Joshi immediately returned the amount to the bank.

Branch manager Bharat Kumar Bhoi, Jagan Netke, former sarpanch Shivnath Choudhary, Ganesh Mangate, Yuvraj More, Sagar Joshi, Sarthak Joshi and others were present when Sanjay Joshi returned the amount.
