Aurangabad, April 24 :

Vice-chancellor of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (Bamu) Dr Pramod Yeole urged the colleges to ensure that no student should not face any educational loss due to technical problem.

It may be noted that the university postponed all the offline and online examinations up to May first because of an increase in COVID patients’ figure. The youths were worried over the competition of the first session of the academic year 2020-21 with the postponing the papers.

VC Dr Pramod Yeole attended a meeting organised by Higher and Technical Education Minister Uday Saman on Thursday for the discussions of examinations and results.

The Higher Education Department issued instructions on Friday asking the universities to conduct all the remaining papers online.

The VC said that online examinations are being held online following the State Government's directives due to a serious pandemic situation for the consecutive second year.

“In such a situation, the health and safety along with future of youths are also important. The college should take care that no student experience any education loss just because of a technical problem,” he added.
