Aurangabad, April 8: The MGM Group of Schools in Aurangabad conducted the “Culmination of the Cohorts” recently which had started online from July 2020 onwards. The different cohorts conducted once a week on Saturdays were English, Pre-primary, Hindi-Marathi, Science, Mathematics, Arts, Music and Dance and Sports. Each cohort was led by the principals/vice-principals of the MGM Schools. The purpose of this activity was to build confidence and empower the teachers to become agents for change with more knowledge and different techniques of teaching and learning.

Director Dr Aparna Kakkad and deputy director Dr Namrata Jaju gave feedback in order to improve the standards of teaching and learning and build good leadership qualities. They appreciated the hard work and excellent team spirit of all the cohorts. The cohorts culminated by each team giving a detailed presentation of the journey during the initiative.

The most important topics discussed were the learning outcomes, academic goals, peer observation, setting up of question papers based on Bloom’s Taxonomy and the future goals.
