Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar:

In connection with the online complaint filed by Karuna Munde regarding the "concealment of true information" while submitting the nomination for the Legislative Assembly election, the Parli criminal court has issued a "show-cause notice" to Minister Dhananjay Munde. The hearing upon the complaint will be held in the court on February 24, 2025, said the complainant's lawyer, Chandrakant Thombre.

In the affidavit submitted along with Dhananjay Munde's nomination for the 2024 election from the Parli Assembly constituency-233, he mentioned his wife Rajshree Munde, their three daughters, and Karuna Munde's two sons. However, Karuna Munde's name did not mention the assets. Karuna Munde then filed an online complaint with the Parli criminal court in Beed, alleging that Dhananjay Munde had concealed this information. The original documents of the complaint were submitted to the court on February 5, 2025. Based on this, the court issued a notice as per the BNSSS Act, explained Adv Thombre.
