Aurangabad, Nov 1:

A 21 years old woman Sonali Kiran Sathe was murdered at Maliwada in Daulatabad area. The parents of the deceased Sonali claimed that she was murdered by her husband Kiran Ashok Sathe. Kiran was at large since then. However, he was found dead in Mobatta Lake in Daulatabad area on Sunday.

Sonali was found dead in suspicious condition in her house at Maliwada on Thursday. Sonali’s parents and relatives claimed that she was murdered by her husband Kiran. After post mortem on Friday, the last rites were performed on her. Kiran was at large since then. On Sunday evening, some people saw a man floating on the surface of the Mombatta lake in Daulatabad area. Daulatabad police station PI, Rajashree Aade, PSI Aarif Shaikh, Ravi Kadam, Rafiq Pathan, Sharad Bacchav, Prabhakar Patekar and others rushed to the spot. The body was removed from the lake with the help of the fire brigade jawans. The body was sent to the Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) for post mortem. Meanwhile, the Kiran’s family members identified the body of Kiran at GMCH.

Kiran and Sonali were residents of Maliwada and were married one and a half years back. They have a son. However, they had frequent quarrels. After alleged murder of Sonali, Kiran called his friend at Pune and confessed about the murder. A video clip of Kiran in which is seen saying that to end his life. However, the police is investigating about the authenticity of the video clip.
