Superstar Salman Khan is planning to remake the Hindi version of Ravi Teja’s Khiladi. According to some reports, he has bought the remake rights of the Telugu film. Besides Ravi, the upcoming action thriller stars Dimple Hayathi and Meenakshi Chowdhary Arjun. Ravi plays a double role in the movie. Speculations are also rife that, the Dabangg star has  given a nod to star in the Hindi remake of Tamil hit Master starring Vijay and Vijay Sethupathi.

Salman was last seen in Radhe: Your Most Wanted Bhai. While there was much anticipation surrounding it, when released, the film received mixed reactions from the audience.  The Prabhu Deva directorial was panned by audience and critics alike. However, the movie still managed to get a bumper opening on the opening day.  The film's music was composed by Sajid–Wajid, Devi Sri Prasad and Himesh Reshammiya, whereas lyrics have been written by Shabbir Ahmed, Sajid Khan and Kunaal Vermaa. The Sultan star is busy with several projects, including The Final Truth, Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali, Tiger 3 and Kick 2.
