The trial run of Mumbai Metro-2A and Metro-7, which is ready to make the journey of Mumbaikars even superfast, was inaugurated in the presence of Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, Revenue Minister Balasaheb Thorat and other important leaders. Speaking on the occasion organized by MMRDA, Chief Minister expressed his displeasure over the crowd on the streets of Mumbai.

Uddhav Thackeray has warned in his speech that if the crowds in Mumbai remain the same, the restrictions will have to be tightened. The event was organized by MMRDA at Bandra in Mumbai. After inaugurating the Metro test near Kandivali on the Western Expressway, the Chief Minister was on his way to the MMRDA's auditorium in Bandra when he pointed his finger at the traffic on the road. State Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar also commented on this in his speech.

"The Chief Minister of the state interacted with the people yesterday. He gave detailed information to the people and this morning everything seemed to be open. We had to face traffic when we came to the event. It won't work. It is necessary to abide by the restrictions ", said Ajit Pawar.

State Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray also expressed displeasure over the crowd in Mumbai, citing Ajit Pawar's statement. "I felt what Ajit Dada felt. I asked the authorities if I had said anything wrong when I lifted the lockdown restrictions on Sunday. It is not fair to see a lot of crowd on the road coming here. If such crowds continue in Mumbai, restrictions will have to be tightened, "warned Uddhav Thackeray.
