Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray in the second and last part of his interview published in Shiv Sena mouthpiece ‘Saamana’ on Sunday said though it is a “three-wheeler” government, he is firmly in control of its steering wheel.

“The future of my government is not in the hands of the opposition. The steering is in my hands. A three-wheeler (auto-rickshaw) is a vehicle of poor people. The other two are sitting behind,” Thackeray said in the interview.

Hours after the interview was published Deputy CM Ajit Pawar extended Thackeray birthday wishes that seemed to be trolling the Chief Minister.

In the birthday message Pawar posted a picture of him at the wheels of a golf cart with the CM. However, NCP has denied any trolling and says it was just a 'simple birthday wish' which people are 'over thinking'.

"Best wishes to the Hon. Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Shiv Sena Party President and Maha Vikas Aghadi Leader, Uddhav Thackeray ji. Wish you a healthy & long life!" - Ajit Pawar, a leader of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) wrote.
