BJP leader Pankaja Munde daughter of late Senior BJP leader Gopinath Munde has appealed to followers not to crowd on his death anniversary. In her appeal she said on June 3, Gopinath Munde's death anniversary program will be held at Gopinath Fort, which will be streamed live, so no one should crowd the fort.

Pankaja made this appeal in view of the rising coronavirus cases in the state. The whole country is under lockdown and has been ordered to follow social distancing. In addition, all crowd events are banned. Gopinath Munde's death anniversary program will be held at Gopinath fort in presence of few people. The event will be live streamed on social media. Therefore, citizens should not come to visit me or meet me, said Pankaja Munde.

June 3 is the sixth death anniversary of Gopinath Munde.Gopinath Munde died in a road accident on 3 June 2014, while on his way to Delhi airport. He was going for his first official meeting post the post-distribution. The accident took place between Safdarjung Rd and Prithviraj Rd, New Delhi, where his car was hit by a speeding cab
