Sending a shiver, Maharashtra BJP leader Ram Kadam on Friday posted a shocking video purportedly showing patients sitting  and sleeping on the floor of KEM hospital in Mumbai.

In a video tweeted by BJP leader Ram Kadam, some patients at King Edward Memorial (KEM) Hospital were seen sleeping & sitting on the floor of the hospital earlier today. BJP leaders allege that hospital beds were not available for them so they had to be on the floor.
