Dehu and its neighbouring regions, including Pimpri-Chinchwad, experienced a sudden downpour of heavy rain that lasted for approximately thirty minutes during the afternoon. Consequently, the roads and fields were strewn with hailstones, creating a picturesque sight. Moreover, the rainfall also brought a significant drop in temperature, adding a chill to the atmosphere.

A sudden hailstorm took the citizens by surprise, leaving them pleasantly amazed by the extraordinary occurrence. Many have described the hailstones as vigorous and intense. It lasted for approximately half an hour during the afternoon, creating a mini winter in the environment. As a result, a snowy atmosphere was formed due to the hailstorm.
