‘As an actor, I crave to get diverse roles’: Kriti Sanon on her 7-year journey in Bollywood:

Kriti Sanon recently completed 7 years in Bollywood and the actress reflected back on her journey in an interaction with E-Times.

Kriti expressed her excitement about her upcoming films. She also said that she was blessed to get to do films of different genres in such a short period of time.

“As an actor, I crave to get diverse roles to be able to explore sides and worlds that I haven’t done before. I’m fortunate to have gotten opportunities in such different genres,” she raved, adding, “It’s challenging but very satisfying and I hope I’m able to do justice to all. I am probably in the most exciting phase of my career so far.”

From working in films like ‘Luka Chuppi’ to ‘Bareilly Ki Barfi’ and ‘Panipat’, Kriti certainly has put forth an interesting body of work in recent years.

She will soon be seen essaying the role of Sita in the mythology drama ‘Adipurush’ with Prabhas and Saif Ali Khan.

She also has ‘Ganapath’ with Tiger. Then there is the horror-thriller ‘Bhediya’ with Varun Dhawan.

Apart from these films, the actress also has ‘Mimi’ in which she will be seen playing the role of a surrogate mother.

Her other exciting projects include ‘Bachchan Pandey’ with Akshay Kumar and the quirky comedy ‘Hum Do Hamaare Do’ alongside Rajkummar Rao.

Kriti also has another unannounced film in her kitty. On Sunday, the actress posted a throwback picture from the sets of Heropanti on her Instagram story in which she can be seen looking at the monitor screen. Kriti is sitting beside Heropanti director Sabbir Khan who gave her a big break in Bollywood.
