Bhagwant Mann saw many ups and downs in his private life to be the next CM of Punjab. He also faced criticism when he left his family for politics.
In 2015, Bhagwant Mann got separated from his family. Bhagwant Mann divorced his wife Inderjit Kaur. Bhagwant Mann has two children but he is not on talking terms with them, the leader himself revealed this matter in one of his interviews.
According to him, he does not even talk to his children on call. Bhagwant himself admitted that his wife preferred to move away from him as he could not give time to the family. The couple later divorced by mutual consent. Bhagwant is now in Punjab after divorce.
In 2015, Bhagwant Mann wrote a Facebook post about his divorce. In which he wrote that he left his family and chose Punjab.
But this move of Mann didn't go well with the public. Because Mann's ex-wife had played an important role in his political career. She had joined several of Mann's rallies. Accompanied by Mann at every turn. Many felt it was the publicity move by Mann.
Bhagwant Mann had entered politics in 2011. Before entering politics, Bhagwant Mann had appeared in many comedy shows. He appeared in The Great Indian Laughter Challenge. He also appeared in some Punjabi movies.
Bhagwant Mann's first comedy album was with Jagtar Jaggi. They had broken up after working together for 10 years. After this, his pair got together with Rana Ranbir. His second album Kulfi Garma Garma was a hit.
