Aurangabad, March 26:

The Corona crisis is on the rise once again in the district. Around, 11,000 Corona suspects were reported positive in the past 10 days, 5,000 were given discharge while 116 died. The Corona situation is getting severe in the city. Out of every 100 people screen around 35 are reported to be positive now.

The administration has adopted strict measures to avert the spread of Corona Virus but the patients are still on the rise. All the beds in the government and private hospitals are filled with patients while the condition of the Aurangabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) Covid Care Centres (CCC) is not much different. The administration is started a new CCC daily to accommodate the patients.

In the past 10 days, 11071 suspects were reported positive, 5073 were given discharge while 116 died.

Presently there are 525 pattients in the Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), 250 in the District Civil Hospital (DCH), 3100 in the private hospitals, 310 in DCH Meltron, 2580 in AMC CCC and 3784 in home quarantine.
