Aurangabad, Dec 2:

The Aurangabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) health officials conducted 255 antigen and 718 RT-PCR tests (total 973 tests) at its COVID Care Centres (CCCs) and different places in the city and traced 23 Covid-19 patients today.

The health teams conducted 74 antigen tests at the CCCs and found three Covid-19 patients. The AMC personnel also held 108 RT-PCR tests.

Meanwhile, the Special Task Force, by visiting different parts of the city, conducted 124 antigen tests and detected 19 Covid-19 patients, apart from 500 RT-PCR tests on suspects.

According to AMC data, GMCH conducted 16 RT-PCR tests and private laboratories conducted 94 RT-PCR tests. Meanwhile, the private laboratories also conducted 57 antigen tests and found one Covid-19 patient, who hails from the area, outside the AMC limit. The AMC will receive the reports of all RT-PCR tests tomorrow.
