Aurangabad, May 5:

Deogiri Urban Cooperative Bank Limited has taken the initiative of installing water-hut (Paan-Poi) so that birds can quench their thirst get water in the scorching sun.

Banks chairman Kishor Shitole said that a clay pot is being to each member of the bank.

He said that children of members were asked to keep those pots in the open space of their houses as it will create love among them for nature conservation.

Another objective of the project is to help potterers who are suffering financial losses because of lockdown. Shitole said that they are satisfied that they could serve human being and nature selflessly.
