Dahihandi programme was celebrated at Nath Mandir, Aurangpura on the occasion of Kalashtami in the presence of few devotees.

Nath Sashti concluded with Kalashtami on Sunday. Due to the corona, all religious events during the Nath Sashti festival were cancelled this year. Today was the Kalashtami and devotes celebrate it with a lot of enthusiasm. One of the ways to celebrate this day is by breaking the ‘Dahi Handi’. The Dahihandi programme started at 4 pm today in the presence of a small number of devotees to maintain the tradition of years. Krishna Argade Maharaj performed the Kalyache kirtan. Later, former MP Chandrakant Khaire and temple president adv Sadanand Deve broke the handi. Former mayor Nandkumar Ghodele, former corporator Gopal Kulkarni, trustees Laxman Thorat, Prof Ganesh Ghuge, Sachin Walke and Satish Mhaske were present.
