But in February, the number of patients seems to be increasing. People are not wearing masks. They are not following the covid norms. "We are thinking of imposing lockdown in cities and rural areas. We will have an important meeting with Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray shortly. There will be a detailed discussion on spike corona cases," said Ajit Pawar.

On Tuesday, Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray termed the situation as alarming and hinted that another lockdown could be imposed. Shiv Sena's editorial mouthpiece, Saamna, expressed displeasure over people violating the covid norms.
