Prafulla Khoda Patel, administrator of Dadra-Nagar Haveli is mentioned. I was harassed under the pressure of some officials including Patel.I was having problems. Through Patel, I was receiving threats that my social life would be disrupted. That is why I am committing suicide," read Anil Deshmukh in a suicide note written by Delkar.
