A petrol pump was vandalized on Friday night at Manikpur Naka in Vasai West. This happened after an altercation between 8-10 bike-borne youths and a salesman of that petrol pump broke out. The salesman refused to give petrol to the bike-borne youth as they were not wearing mask. The men vandalised the petrol pump, thrashed the petrol pump staffers which also included a female employee.

A case has been registered at the Manikpur police station in this regard and the search for the accused is underway.According to police, some youths, who had come to the Basin petrol pump in Manikpur, west of Vasai to refuel their bikes without masks,  vandalized the petrol pump and beat up the staff, including a female employee.

8-10 people vandalised the equipments and filling machine at the petrol pump. All of this is captured on a CCTV camera at the petrol pump.
