The Samruddhi Highway continues to witness a string of accidents, with another tragic incident recently occurring on the road. The accident occurred between Karanja and Donad when a speeding truck veered off the bridge, resulting in the truck catching fire. Sadly, two individuals lost their lives in the accident, which took place around 2 a.m. The truck was en route from Nashik district, carrying a load of onions, destined for Kolkata.

According to the police, a fatal accident occurred involving a truck on the Samruddhi Highway, which passes through Washim district. The truck plunged off a bridge between Karanja and Donad, subsequently catching fire. Tragically, both the driver of the truck and his accomplice lost their lives in the incident. The driver lost control of the truck, leading to a collision underneath the bridge.

The truck, loaded with onions from Nashik district, was en route to Kolkata. Unfortunately, the driver lost control of the speeding truck on the bridge between Karanja and Donad in Washim district. As a result, the truck overturned and subsequently caught fire, leading to the untimely demise of the driver and another individual. The police have stated that the identity of the deceased is yet to be determined, and further investigation into the matter is currently underway.
