Aurangabad, Nov 6:

Cidco police helped a lady lecturer to get Rs 8 lakh back, after the miscreants duped her on the pretext to get a job in a college. The accused deposited a demand draft in the court.

PI, Ashok Giri informed that the complainant Dr Asmita Salve was duped of Rs 8 lakh by accused Manish Mate, Chandrashekhar Deshmukh, Paresh Chandrashekhar Deshmukh and Shakuntala Deshmukh on the pretext of getting her a job in a college at Amalner as a lecturer. A case was registered at the Cidco police station in this regard. Under the guidance of PI, Ashok Giri, PSI, Pravin Patil investigated and arrested Paresh. While the police were searching for other accused, Paresh deposited a demand draft (DD) amounting Rs 8 lakh in the high court.
