Portugal's star footballer Cristiano Ronaldo has left Manchester United for more than a decade. That is why there is no doubt that Ronaldo will break off his relationship with Manchester.

In 2007, Ronaldo bought a magnificent castle in Manchester. The three-story castle has five bedrooms, a swimming pool, greenery outside the house ... and more importantly, the castle is 24 kilometers from his club grounds (Old Trafford).

Ronaldo, 33, now plays for Italian club Juventus and is unlikely to sign a contract with United in the English Premier League. So Ronaldo has sold the castle in Manchester.

Ronaldo bought the mansion in 2007 for whopping price.

The castle has luxurious amenities, including a swimming pool, steam room, cinema room and gym.

The houses of Team India captain Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma in Mumbai are more expensive than this.

Images of the house reveal Mr. Ronaldo’s surprisingly Gothic taste in furnishings.

The spartan decor left in the house is almost exclusively black, including a black shag and cowhide rugs, a plush charcoal-gray couch and even sheer black curtains.

Otherwise the home has fairly traditional finishes, including light stone-tile and hardwood floors and tall windows.

Often considered the best player in the world and widely regarded as one of the greatest players of all time, Ronaldo has won five Ballon d'Or awards.
